It's the excellent radio doco that Emma Smith (ex R1) did on the Otoitu Studio that was above Arc cafe in the early 2000's and about Forbes Williams, the chap that ran it and organised the recent Otoitu In Flood compilation. Worth checking out want to hear a chunk of what was, at the time, the best scene in the city and one of the most exciting scenes in New Zealand.
