Scryptonite is a two-piece rock act made up of Liam Thomas (Guitar/vocals) and Steve Reid (Guitar). Liam has ten years experience touring in England with his own band The FreespiritS where he played with top class musicians Jeff Wootton (Guitarist with Gorillaz and Beady Eye) and Chris Peat (Drummer for Exit State) in venues ranging from pubs through to large indoor arenas. Steve has gigged extensively in Christchurch and Nelson with popular rock band Sounds of Vengeance and is also a part of local rock act %u2018The Junkyard Demons%u2019. Scryptonite%u2019s focus is mainly on classic rock from the 60s (Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones) through to current rock acts (Foo Fighters, Muse) and everything in between!
